Yes! They will not receive any receipts or pricing information. The lucky receiver of your gift will only receive a just for you card in the gift box, with some information on who we are.
Yes! Just enter your details in the shipping address and we will send it direct to you.
Yes, when purchasing any pre curated or create your own gift box it will allow you to write a message/note to go with the gift in a comment box.
We will then hand write this on one of our complimentary just for you gift cards. If you don’t want a message with the gift box, that is fine also, please just leave the comment box blank.
We have 2 different sizes of gift boxes with the below measurements:
Small - 28 x 20 x 9cm Large - 32 x 25 x 12cm
We take pride in our gift boxes and ensure that they are packed with care for the recipient. The bottom of the box is full of shredded paper, creating a cushion for the items. Any fragile or breakable items are then wrapped in tissue paper to provide an additional layer of protection. The outer gift box is complete with a wrapping band and a luxury satin ribbon bow to add a beautiful finishing touch. Our gift boxes are packed with the utmost care, ensuring that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
Yes you can! You can buy individual items by adding them to your cart or create your own gift box from the Create your own Gift Box form which is found at the bottom of the Gift Boxes page.
Individual items will be carefully packaged in protective wrap and placed into our shipping boxes or bags to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
By purchasing any alcoholic products you confirm that you are over the age of 18. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. We do take all precautions to ensure that the goods are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged during transit or is faulty, please contact us at info@thelabelcove.com.au within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery, and we will happily provide an exchange or replacement product.
