  • What is digitising my logo into embroidery format?
    Digitising into embroidery format is the process of converting your logo into a digital file that can be used by embroidery machines. This process involves using software to create a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine where to stitch and what color thread to use. The digitised file can then be loaded into the embroidery machine and used to create the logo design on fabric or another material. Once we have your logo digitised, it stays on file for any future orders. This means there are no re occurring set up costs. Digitising is a one-time set-up cost of $66.00.
  • What logo file format is required for digitising?
    We recommend providing us with your logo in a JPEG, PNG or PDF file format.
  • What is the fabric on the inside of my embroidery?
    Embroidery backing or stabiliser is an extra layer of fabric that’s placed on the inside of a product and embroidered along with the design. Backing is commonly used for embroidery designs because it stabilises the stitching and supports the embroidery. This ensures your designs look good and last a long time. Please do not trim the backing.
  • How to wash my embroidered garments?
    We recommend that you turn your embroidered garments inside out and machine wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners. Be mindful of other items you are washing in your load. Avoid zippers, other metal items on your clothing and buttons that could get caught on the embroidery when you are doing a load of laundry.
  • What are the marks on my embroidered garment?
    The marks on your garment are from the embroidery hoops leaving a slight imprint or from fabric marking chalk. These will all disappear after the first wash.
  • How long will my order take?
    All personalised pjs, robes and bags will take roughly 1-2 weeks. 2-3 weeks during busy times. Blank clothing with embroidery will take up to 4 weeks. This is due to shipping of blanks from supplier and then being embroidered. Gift boxes 1-5 days. *Postage is not included within the advertised turn around*
  • Do you offer returns or exchange?
    Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased. Please choose very wisely, check out the size guides listed on our website or for blanks check on the ascolour website - www.ascolour.com.au In the unlikely event your item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us 48 hours of you receiving your delivery, and we will happily provide an exchange or replacement product.
