Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised or non-personalised items for change of mind or incorrect sizes purchased. Please choose very wisely, check the size guide on the end of product photos or for blanks check the ascolour website - Please also make sure all spelling is correct for personalised products. 

We do take all precautions to ensure that the goods are well packaged to avoid damage in transit. However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged during transit, is faulty or is missing any items please contact us at within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery, and we will happily provide an exchange or replacement product.
